Territory Manager - Channel Sales (5-6 yrs)
We are urgently hiring a Territory Manager responsible for driving sales and managing channel partners within the assigned territory.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales and channel management, with strong leadership skills to drive business growth.
- This role requires a deep understanding of sales operations, customer relationship management, and strategic planning to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and manage relationships with existing clients.
Channel Sales Management:
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners, ensuring their alignment with company objectives.
- Provide necessary support to channel partners to drive sales and enhance their performance.
Field Sales Operations:
- Lead field sales efforts, managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as necessary.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance, preparing reports for management on a regular basis.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address sales gaps.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and motivation to meet individual and team targets.
- Conduct training and development programs for the sales team to improve their skills and performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Address customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in field sales and channel sales management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving results.
- Excellent knowledge of sales operations and market trends.
