Territory Manager - B2B Sales - Bank (2-4 yrs)
As a Territory Manager for Franchisee Business (B2B), your responsibilities would include growing sales and developing new franchisee relationships in the BFSI industry. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing successful sales strategies, cultivating strong relationships with potential partners, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the company's growth goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategic plans for finding and acquiring new franchisee partners in the BFSI sector.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with potential partners, such as brokers, distributors, and financial institutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to find prospective business opportunities and evaluate market trends and competition.
- Work with internal teams in sales, marketing, and operations to provide smooth onboarding and support for new franchisee partners.
- Provide top management with regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in field sales, ideally in the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and forming new corporate alliances.
- Understanding of brokerage and distribution industry processes and trends.
- Effective bargaining and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate both alone and collaboratively.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a closely related subject.
