Territory Manager/Assistant Manager - Sales - Hand Tool (4-7 yrs)
Responsibilities
- To develop the market for the product
- Drive Sales and Marketing through assigned set of distributors
- To develop the new dealers and manage the existing dealers in assigned territory
- Responsible for Conducting Customer Seminars, trademen's seminars and new product introduction exercises at key accounts & dealers
- Will have to ensure timely collection of over dues payments
- Should prepare MIS by the 2nd of each month & daily sales report
- Prioritisation of new customer acquisition & business development through product demonstrations
- Improvement in the average monthly sales volume on a month on month basis
- Drive Branding and marketing activities to increase the brand foot print and visibility and demand creation as directed by the RM
- To achieve sales objectives as budgeted of focus programs and schemes with close working with PM
- To keep a tab on competition and strategise to counter them with support from PM
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
- Hand Tools, Power Tools & Accessories
- Must have basic computer expertise. Working knowledge of SAP S&D module, CRM will be added advantage
Reporting :
Direct reporting to Branch Manager for day to day Operations & dotted line reporting to product manager, Hand Tools business
