Territory Manager - Agency Sales - Life Insurance (8-13 yrs)
Specific Responsibilities :
- Planning & Implementing all the marketing, sales & customer care related activities for the branch.
- Segmentation of markets & customer profiling to acquire good customers and achieve the targets.
- Recruitment, training, coaching and motivation of employees & advisors for achieving productivity norms.
- Manage the productivity of the field force.
- Monitor and review their performance and take corrective actions
- Tracking of competitive activities and analysis of the same
- Accountable for overall profitability of the branches
- Ensure compliance of the branch on audits and regulatory standards
- Manage operating costs and supervise day to day branch expenses
- Supervision and administration of the branch
- Leverage technology for control on Input & output expectation

- Customer retention (Persistency, Surrender)

Criteria :
- Age: Not more than 43 Years
- LI Experience: 8 to 10 Years
- MBA/ Graduate with experience in the Insurance Industry
- Experience as a TM: Minimum 4 Years
- Must join with a team of 4 FLS
- CTC to be offered: 9.00 LPA to 11.00 LPA as per the candidature.
- Experience only in Agency sales.
