Territory Manager - After Market - Lubricant (3-8 yrs)
We have urgent job opening for Territory Manager with TOP MNC IN lubricant industry.
Location Delhi, Udaipur
JD Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Expansion : Achieve business objectives by expanding the network and enhancing sales through strategic activities.
Channel Partner Management : Recruit new channel partners and optimize performance of existing ones to meet set targets.
Demand Forecasting : Provide regular inputs on product demand to ensure efficient inventory management.
Training and Development : Provide on-the-job coaching to enhance the skills of Regional Operations Coordinators (ROCs) and Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs).
Strategic Planning and Evaluation : Lead business planning initiatives, conduct regular performance reviews at both team and distributor levels, and implement necessary adjustments.
Compliance and Safety : Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethics, and safety regulations.
Accountability :
- Monthly Dealer Activation Rate
- Credit Exposure Management
- Allocation and Management of Sales and Marketing Budgets, including Pricing, Promotional Activities, Meetings, and Dealer Events
- Adherence to Travel Budgets for both personal and team travel
- Compliance with Company Policies for both personal conduct and that of ROCs
- Performance Management and Skill Enhancement of both personal and ROCs
