Job Description :
- Develop sales plans & strategies that will deliver Territory sales performance targets, support sales growth & distribution capacity in sink with Zonal Business Strategy.
- Work with Unit Leaders, effectively.
- Reporting to ZM.
Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 13,00,000 P.A. Reimbursements & Perks in addition.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should be a Grad/PG with 7-10 Years Exp. sales in a Life Insurance Company.
- Presently working as a Branch Manager in life Insurance Agency Sales.
- With Good Comm & Presentation Skills.
- Fluency in English Must.
Education :
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization.
