Location : Mumbai
Job functions and responsibility:
- Budget Management in a competitive and dynamic environment
- Achieve goals and manage sales process. Achieve sales quotas assigned against key performance metrics with strong emphasis on business development
- Engage with prospective clients: B2C, B2B or Government to position Text, this includes devising and executing relevant strategies.
- Create, manage and execute sales plan to meet or exceed sales quotas and support Company revenue and profitability.
- Working with BOS MEMBERS to enhance visibility and establishment of Text in syllabi adoptions.
- Identify and share details of key and renowned faculty for authorship of Text
Key competencies required:
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Strong and updated territorial knowledge
- Strong Communication and presentation skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and local language/s.
- Ability to travel extensively in allocated territory.
- Working knowledge of MS Office
