Territory Head - Sales - Education (11-20 yrs)
Job Title: - Territory Head
Function: - Sales
Job Responsibility:
1. You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission target of the centers assigned to you2. You Shall be responsible for ensuring sales process adherence by sales team.
3. You Shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at education institutes, schools, colleges etc.
4. Facilitate data management, team management and preparing MIS
5. Leading by example and ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling by sales team
6. You shall make productive BA tie ups
7. You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centers. 8. Ensuring sales team is doing proper and timely follow-ups of walk-ins. 9.Visiting center's assigned to you and ensuring sales targets are delivered.
Industry Exposure Required :
1) Excellent communication and selling skills.
2) Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
3) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
4) Education Background would be preferred.
5) Preference would be given to Candidates from Education / Time Share/ /Financial Sales (Insurance only).
6. Require extensive travelling
