Job Title : Territory Head - Business Development
Responsibility: Handling Business Development Related Activities in Assigned Territory
Function : Sale
Overall Job Objective: The purpose of the role is to plan and implement sales activities in the assigned region in order to meet agreed company targets for increasing sales, customer retention, growth and creating ad vocative owner - user referrals and co-ordination with team.
RESPONSIBILITIES MEASURES
1. The position will be responsible for generating business in the assigned region as also enhance brand image and customer satisfaction.
2. Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims.
3. Cold Calling, Visit to Customer as per schedule call plan, daily reporting.
4. To be in constant touch with industry through internet, mail and telephonic communication and through personal visits and gather the market intelligence.
5. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of business and sustainable relationships.
6. KAM Reporting.
7. To develop and maintain cordial and mutually advantageous relationship with benchmark client.
8. Close coordination with other service lines for market information & leads.
9. Create & maintain relevant database and develop potential customers from the same.
10. Regular follow up with clients for complete sales cycle.
