Territory Business Manager - NBFC (3-10 yrs)

Role:Territory Business Manager
Responsibilities:
Purpose of the Job:
The prime responsibility is to strengthen direct sales of various products in the defined Territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the business strategy for assigned territory and grow the market share across Direct, Alliance and DMA channel.
- To work with sales team in implementing business strategy in the assigned Territory.
- Driving servicing, Operation, collections, compliance and regulatory requirements for the assigned territory.
Key Deliverable :
Market Development :
- Identify Business Opportunities and create direct/alliance/DMA Channel business strategy.
- To set up network by appointing DMAs/ Connectors.
Team Management :
- To manage hiring/attrition and nurture & train team members of branches.
- To derive optimum productivity from the team.
- To ensure alignment & synchronization of Sales /Portfolio/Technical/Developer Relations team.
Risk Management :
- To adhere to Compliance & Policy governance.
- Portfolio quality by enabling right credit culture.
Customer Relationship :
- To maintain high standard of customer service.
- Relationship Management, resulting in multi-product sales & continuity of customers.
Managing Environment :
- To benchmark competitiveness and market intelligence.
- Administrative management of the Territory.
- Managing next level of internal/external grievances.
P&L Management & Collections :
- Deliver business volumes as per target.
- To ensure right business mix leading to yield/processing fee.
- Managing cost of acquisition by right channel mix.
- To control Credit Cost and In charge of collections.
- To manage OPEX of all Territory.
Organisation Ethos :
- To ensure conduct of employees.
Relationship Management :
- To manage relationship with Developers, DMA's and Alliance Partners.
Key skills :
- Good communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment, strong sales and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of all Products.
- Team Management.
- Should have analytical bent of mind and lateral thinking.
- Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge.
Job Specification : Graduate/Post Graduate with 6 -12 years for exp. with at least five years in same experience will be added advantage.
