Territory Business Manager - Corporate Sales/B2B Sales (2-4 yrs)
About the role :
- The role of Territory Business Manager would entail managing entire corporate accounts and music events/concerts within the specified territory.
- The role will involve business partnering with B2B & Corporate houses, Event Organizer to establish strong partnerships & long term business relations
Candidate Responsibilities :
- Need to explore the food business from all the out of home avenues like corporate, events, corporate tie ups, bulk orders, housing societies etc.
- Passionate about people, enjoy building and managing relationships, empathetic and quickly able to establish rapport with the key stakeholder like corporate admin/ facility/procurement team members, event organizer etc.
- Identify and open to look out for different places for getting party/celebration orders, placing the food counters in tech parks/corporate cafeterias, taking full food court in festivals / events etc.
- Build a good business funnel in order to achieve monthly /quarterly business goals.
- Keep adding/converting new B2B customers and becoming their preferred partner for food ordering.
Candidate Requirements :
We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very dynamic and collaborative role. Following is the background we are looking for:-
- Bachelor Degree with 3-4 years/MBA with 2 years of experience in Startups in business development, B2B/Corporate Sales or Account Management
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, extremely comfortable with managing the key decision makers.
- Ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level
- Person should have a high level of ownership in getting the things done, by coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders.
- A go-getter person, comfortable to work in a fast paced startup environment.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Should be smart enough to take the decisions at his/her end and open to innovate and believe in trying new & different things to drive the business.
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
