Job Description :
Territory Business Head drives the Agri e-marketing platform business in the territory. He is responsible for achieving business targets, Field team Management, Stakeholder management.

- Sales & Supply Organization
- Stakeholder management
Responsibility :
- Drive Agri e-Market platform business in the territory.
- Plan & monitor the activities of Sales Associates & Supply associates.
- Generate Business leads into the territory and onboard them for Business.
- Onboard Traders / Buyers and make them buy through the platform.
- Train the field team on smooth execution of sales & supply.
- Track the sales associates on a daily basis about Buyer calls / Visits, lead generation, Buyer order collection & execution of buyer orders.
- Achieving monthly business targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers in the Territory.
- Planning of sales promotion activities.
- Coordination with key stakeholders in completing successful trade transactions.
Desirable Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in Rural Marketing / Agribusiness Management with graduation in Agriculture/ Marketing/ Business Management/Allied Fields
Desirable Experience:
3 to 5 years of core experience in Agri /Horti commodity trade, FMCG, Agri e-commerce, Commodity exchange.
