Territory/Area Sales Manager - Power Backup Solutions (1-5 yrs)

This is for our Clients who are market-leaders in Power Backup Solutions. They are present in 5 Southern States. These vacancies are in Mangalore, Hubli, Mysore, Bellary, Hospet - all resporting into the Regional Head - Karnataka State.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Candidates should show demonstratable skills & experience in :

- Communication & Presentation Skills in English - Read, Write and Speak

- Should have worked in highly competitive markets.

- Managed stockists/distributors/dealers/retailers. Those candidates who have appointed channel partners stand a better chance of being shortlisted.

- Selling to Corporate Institutions have a distinct advantage (B2B sales).

- Market Coverage in the Territory / Area / Region / Zone - at least 15 - 20 days travel every month is expected of the candidate. Candidates who cannot travel need not apply for this role.

- Market-awareness should be good, clear and precise.

- Justify product quality and price to customers, end-users and dealers.

- Collection of outstanding amounts from dealers, distributors, retail and corporate clients.

- Should be open to working on Fixed+Variable income model.

- Looking for candidates with a positive attitude, adaptable, self-motivated, a go-getter, restless, analytical minded, sound logic and reasoning, besides being a good networker with a good sense of humour.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Age : Between 22 & 30 years of age

Work Experience : 1 years to 5 years

Education : Degree/Diploma in any subject/stream.

Joining time - Immediate to 30 days notice period is OK with us.

Basic Salary package + Attractive Incentives + Career Growth is the OFFER.
