Position Summary :
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will play a key role in driving lead generation, customer engagement, and retention, while ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) for our marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute campaigns and manage performance-based marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct A/B tests to evaluate and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Requirements :
- 3-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Data-driven and Metrics-driven, must be versed with ROAS, CAC, and other similar matrices
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing not mandatory
