Terra Food Co (TFC) is looking for an Area Manager to join its team. As an Area Manager, you will support the Head of Operations in managing the operations of the cloud kitchens under your area. You will be responsible to build a team of experts, leading players, and execute plans across the cloud kitchens department. Your job includes further brand expansion, opening of new kitchen, training the team throughout the selected areas you manage in the Jaipur.

What you will do :

- Ensures excellent kitchen operations in quality, speed, and accuracy, to meet the expectations

- To train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skills base to achieve and maximize the individual, department, and company goals

- Ensure that all sanitation, safety, and security policies are examined and implemented

- Achieves sales and profit targets of your area

- Oversees that the SOP's are followed properly

- Controls inventory, monitors revenues and modifies procedures and prices

- Co-ordinate with supply team to make sure inventory is never stocked out

- Renewal of lease, property licenses, etc for smooth operation

- Assists in preparing the annual budget and business plan of the department

- Recruit local staff as required to fulfil each function in kitchen

- Trains, coaches, and retains employees. Enforces the engagement of the team by implementing best practices, and ensuring their growth development

Qualification:

- Bachelor- s/ Master's degree in Marketing, communication, Business Management or relevant fields

- Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred

- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
