Teritory Manager - B2B Sales - Broking House (4-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for B2B Channel (Franchisee) business growth in terms of revenue in Bangalore across all the products.
- Handling a team of BMs and Operation Executives associated with B2B Revenue
- Responsible for New KYC, Equity Revenue, Mutual Funds and Insurance
- Monitoring competition, identify industry benchmarks and integrate the best practices.
- Ensure to Educate and train BM's from time to time
- Coordinating with prime Sub-Brokers/APs/End Clients
- Handling people management activities
- Coordinate with teams for smooth sales and related back office processes
