Senior Marketing Manager
Responsibilities :
- Develop marketing strategy, prioritize marketing initiatives, define program goals, establish performance measurement standards and own execution of on-boarding initiatives during initial phase of operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to lead marketing activation and drive brand partnerships.
- Hire and manage external advertising/activation/digital agencies.
- Strategize and execute all marketing campaigns.
Skills and experience :
- An MBA or Masters in Marketing from IIM.
- 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a consumer or retail company.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience across online and offline channels; especially in brand activation role.
- Proven track record of customer obsession.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize marketing and activation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment.
- Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written; including experience of reviewing results with senior management and working in a global team setting) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross- functional environment.
