What the role looks like:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales specialist to join our sales team. You will be responsible for communicating with the leads, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
You will be involved in the core sales process of Teqfocus. Connecting with clients, generating value and revenue. B2B target oriented sales job with high rewards. A top inside sales specialist should also be very competitive and a good listener.
What are we looking for:
- Understanding business and technology scenarios and needs, identifying opportunities.
- Prospecting, qualifying, and following up on leads for the Sales team, and scheduling discovery meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Working with the Alliances and Marketing teams to identify opportunities within untapped verticals, territories, and partnerships
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Inside Sales, Business Cycle Management, Business Development, Account Management and selling multiple solutions offered by Teqfocus
- Plan approaches and pitch.
- Collaboratively working with the Sales, Marketing, and Alliances teams to develop lead generation strategies and inbound/outbound campaigns
- Solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals.
- Identifying new ways to work with partner seller teams collaboratively and efficiently
- Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
- Strengthen the Teqfocus's direct inside sales and business development capabilities.
- Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development Work with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger. You will be directly involved in discussions with the end client globally.
Requirement:
- You should have minimum 5 years of experience with prior experience in selling Cloud services, Salesforce, and Engineering solutions to companies for implementation and support projects.
- Prior experience with demand generation/inside sales in EdTech or Fintech industry
- Highly skilled in prospecting techniques (including cold calling!)
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
- Proven evangelical sales track record of growing business and exceeding revenue targets.
- You should have prior experience of working in US & Canada market
- As a complete software and technology enabled company, we expect our sales executives to use the modern cutting-edge sales method and protocols.
- Understand the fundamentals of online sales, sales using software and sales tools.
