KRA
- Identifying opportunities: Researching markets and trends to find opportunities for the company's growth
- Developing strategies: Creating actionable plans to achieve business goals and capitalize on opportunities
- Building relationships: Contacting potential clients and nurturing existing customer relationships
- Promoting products: Representing the company at events and conferences, and negotiating with clients to get them the best deals
- Managing resources: Allocating and managing the company's resources, and tracking business performance
- Leading the team: Collaborating with leadership to align business goals with market dynamics, and leading the team to achieve sales targets
- Supporting marketing: Helping plan and oversee marketing and advertising initiatives
