Tensai - Digital Marketing Sales Role (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients in various industries through online channels, networking events, and referrals. Utilize digital tools and platforms to generate leads and create a strong pipeline.
2. Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions to drive results. Conduct in-depth consultations, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services and address client concerns.
3. Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, provide updates on campaign performance, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
4. Negotiation and Closing : Prepare and present persuasive proposals and quotes, addressing client requirements and budget constraints. Effectively negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
5. Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, such as digital marketers, designers, and content creators, to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for clients.
- Communicate client objectives and requirements to ensure successful campaign execution.
6. Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements :
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and channels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
