1.To make outgoing calls to clients.
2.Maintaining Database of customer contacted.
3. Lead Generation & Revenue Generation through calls, mails & chat.
4.Follow ups.
5.Resolve customer queries and give timely support.
6. Attending customer queries / sales over the phone and providing solutions.
Desired Skills :
1.Good command over spoken English.
2.Basic Computer literacy
3.Graduate/undergraduate drop out
4. Having 6 months of expereince in calling profile.
5. Good knowledge of B2B & B2C Sales.
6. Only Female candidate is required.
