Tendering Specialist (1-2 yrs)
Job Description
- Ability to search and find Drones/UAV/UAS related Tenders & Projects/ Opportunities on Tender Portals, Central/ State Government websites (E-Procurement Portals), Internet, through Industry consultants, Industry network.
- Ability to Read quickly, understand thoroughly the tender/ Bid conditions (Technical & Commercial) submission requirements, prepare project/ Tender summary presentations for Management discussions and Go/ No Go decision
making.
- Able to speak with /visit clients for clarifications/ information related to Bids/ Tenders.
- Prepare & compile submission requirements for Drone related Bids/ Tenders and successfully submit tenders (Offline & Online)
- Keep a track of upcoming/ past opportunities in Excel/ Other formats.
- Keep a track of Competitor's activities/pricing/market research/ industry events And news.
- Participate in Industry events/ exhibitions and represent organization to Senior
- Government and Industry players.
Professional Qualifications :
- Engineering Graduate /Diploma Holder in Aeronautics/ Aviation/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mech Engineering/ Science Graduate with 0-2 Years of tendering/ Sales & Marketing Exp/ Fresher's. Good written and communication skills in English, Hindi and any other regional language.
