Tendering/Proposal Role (3-4 yrs)
- Prepare tender documents and maintain other related documents.
- Prepare qualification criteria & the entire document related to the Tender conditions
- Study and understanding of tender documents preparation & tender submission
- Uploading the documents online & final Submission.
- To track & update our day to day communication, corrigendum, notice regarding tender.
- Tender preparation & dispatch / Submission (Online & Offline) as per schedule
- Collect all sites progress report on weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare, work orders and other project related documents.
- Converting Leads For The Organization Into Proposal
- Providing relevant proposals for the leads generated.
- Follow-up and ensuring conversion of the proposals shared in to sales.
- Analyzing sales data and improving conversion ratio
- Position shall be Based in Kolkata.
- Candidates from Kolkata surrounding Is preferred(female Candidates only).
