- Monitor Tenders from various portals
- Discuss shortlisted Tender with Management and processed final Tenders.
- Vendor approval process.
- Tender Search of Electrical Panels
- Preparation of Tender documents
- Provide required certificates in Bids.
- Attend pre bid meetings
- Follow up tender status
- Prepare quotations
- Active in Mail Trail Queries from clients.
- Maintain all submitted bids & maintain MIS.
- Send finalized tenders to team.
