Tender Manager (11-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Tender Management :
- Lead the end-to-end tendering process for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) projects.
- Analyze tender documents and technical specifications to determine client requirements.
- Prepare and submit tender proposals within specified deadlines, ensuring compliance with client and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and legal teams to gather all necessary information for tender submission.
GeM Platform Expertise :
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) policies, processes, and requirements.
- Manage the GeM portal for the organization, including product listing, bid submission, and compliance management.
- Regularly monitor and track tender opportunities on GeM, ensuring timely responses to relevant tenders.
Market Research & Analysis :
- Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities and track industry trends.
- Analyze competitors' bids and pricing strategies to develop competitive and winning tender proposals.
Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, legal, and finance to ensure seamless tender processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
Compliance & Documentation :
- Ensure all tenders comply with internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and manage documentation related to tenders, contracts, and GeM submissions for audit and reference purposes.
Post-Tender Management :
- Track and follow up on submitted tenders, addressing any queries and concerns from clients.
- Work closely with the project execution team to ensure smooth handover upon tender acceptance
