Telth Healthcare - Executive - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Sales Executive with Phlebotomist/ Nursing Education
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a Phlebotomist or Nursing education to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of diagnostic services and products to healthcare professionals, clinics, Investors, hospitals and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines exceptional sales skills with in-depth knowledge of diagnostic techniques and procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for diagnostic services and products.
2. Identify and engage potential customers, including healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Provide product demonstrations, training, and presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our diagnostic services and products.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional campaigns.
5. Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotes, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
6. Monitor competitors' activities and market conditions, recommending adjustments to sales strategies as necessary.
7. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. Valid Phlebotomist Certificate, demonstrating proficiency in phlebotomy techniques and procedures.
3. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
5. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations to customers.
6. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and meet sales targets.
7. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
9. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to diagnostics/phlebotomy.
10. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
11. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry conferences and trade shows.
