Job Description :

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers in Bangalore. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or set up appointments.

Responsibilities :

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.

2. Introduce company products/services to potential customers.

3. Explain product features and benefits to customers.

4. Answer any questions or concerns customers may have.

5. Persuade customers to make a purchase or set up appointments.

6. Record details of each conversation and any sales made.

7. Meet daily and monthly targets set by the team lead or manager.

8. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements :

1. Graduation or undergraduate degree.

2. 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.

3. Fluent in English and Hindi.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

6. Basic computer skills for recording call details and updating customer information.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

8. Must be up to 35 years old.

9. Transportation provided via cab.
