Job Purpose :

- The Inbound Sales Executive will be responsible for handling incoming calls and converting them into confirmed bookings for travel packages and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Respond to inbound calls from customers looking to book travel packages and services.

- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, using a combination of scripts and personal sales techniques, to promote our travel products and services.

- Respond to Emails and Chats from customers and help them with their queries.

- Provide information about available travel options, including destinations, prices, and promotions.

- Convert calls into confirmed bookings by overcoming objections and closing the sale.

- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet sales targets and KPIs.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and travel destinations to ensure the best possible recommendations to customers.

Education Qualifications & Experience Level :

- Any Graduate/Diploma from a recognized university.

- A minimum of 1+ years of sales experience, with a proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

- Have prior experience in UK/US Sales/Service/Collections/Upselling.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using computers and software such as Microsoft Office.

- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.

Working Hours : This is a full-time position with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
