About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BFSI Telesales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales within the BFSI sector, along with proven experience in training and developing sales teams. This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills to enhance the capabilities of our telesales representatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and Deliver Training Programs : Create and conduct engaging training sessions for telesales teams, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Onboarding and Development : Ensure timely completion of onboarding training for new hires and continuous development for existing staff.
- Performance Monitoring : Assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Content Creation : Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Coaching and Mentoring : Provide ongoing coaching and support to telesales representatives, helping them to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct regular assessments and audits of telesales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and provide feedback for improvement.
- Technological Proficiency : Utilize CRM systems, e-learning platforms, and other technology to enhance training delivery and tracking.
