- SP Training & Activation of Virtual Banking (Tele verticals) of Banks
- Managing the shop floor's of tele verticals in terms of training, handholding and assisting tele callers (Virtual RMs) and FLS's. Ensuring quality and activation of trained RMs through buddy up, call barging etc. activities on the floor's of tele vertical
Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes) :
- Should possess excellent presentation and communication skills
- Age should not be more than 45 years
- Proficient in English and Local language (Speaking, reading and writing)
Desired Attributes :
- Call center training (outbound - inbound) experience. Working experience in the insurance sector.
- A good understanding and delivery of training strong interest in developing people and processes.
