Telesales/Telecalling Role (2-4 yrs)
Outbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products/services.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and follow-up communications.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and ensure accurate and timely follow-ups.
Sales Conversion:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to persuade customers and close deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Data Management:
- Update and maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and performance metrics for management review.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team for product/service improvement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or tele calling.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in any industry is acceptable, but familiarity with sales processes is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
