Telesales/Telecalling Professional (1-4 yrs)
Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible to drive 90 leads for the sales team .
Responsibilities :
1) To fix up appointments with prospective customers
2) Ensure that maximum number of appointments should be made for a month
3) Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales
4) Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made.
5) Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Telemarketing Supervisor.
6) Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls
