Telesales/Tele-Marketing Role - Education (1-5 yrs)
- Excellent English communication is required
- Candidates must have experience in telesales.
- Experience in Lead/Data generation is preferred
- Has to generate leads through Cold Calling, Internet Research and various Sources.
- Candidates must be very aggressive in sales.
Purpose of the Role:
- To convert leads into successful enrolments and guide students/jobseekers /corporate employees to make the right career choice by providing all students with the correct information about our training programs and follow up with leads.
Key Deliverables :
1. Responsible for generating leads & converting them into enrolment.
2. Responsible for maintaining database & cold calling/outbound calls.
3. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
4. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for generating leads through Cold Calling, Internet Research and various Sources.
2. Ensure the daily targets of calling the prospects are met - 50 fresh connected calls per day & deliver set target of sales per month.
3. Collect/purchase databases, maintain and expand database of prospects
4. Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls etc.
5. Research, identify key students and generate interest in our online courses & services.
6. Contact potential students via phone to establish rapport & convert leads into enrolment.
7. Network and strive to convert connections into customers
8. Take prospects from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone. Present solutions virtually.
9. Daily follow up to all the prospects/leads and also closing the leads.
Approach :
- Building trusted relationship with students by providing them with accurate information about the training programs.
