The Job :
- Our client is looking for a dynamic candidate who will be responsible for calling, converting, convincing leads that will be provided and also to keep track of each conversation.
You will be responsible for :
- Explaining company services (Website Designing and Digital Marketing) to leads and fixing appointments.
- Have Fairly good knowledge of the upselling convincing customer.
- Cold calling, Internet research, Data collection, Lead generation, Outbound calling, Customer relation building, Email Campaign management.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Keep records of calls & leads and note useful information
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Customer Service, Inside Sales or Telesales within IT industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
