Telesales Role - Wellness (0-2 yrs)
- Reach out to existing and prospective members to purchase the product.
- Learn details about our products and offerings and be able to communicate the same to prospective members
- Address any questions or issues prospective members/members may have
- Communicate with prospective members/members to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on prospective members/members needs and capabilities
- Keep an updated database of prospective members
- Always strive towards meeting a sales goal
- Track and document calls and sales
- Update prospective members- /members records.
Tele caller requirements and qualifications:-
- 1 year of experience as Telecaller or sales role
- Ability and willingness to learn about our products and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Decent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
