Tele Sales
The key roles and responsibilities involves :
1. Handling client queries over the phone, Email, and during Meetings
2. Communicate with the team and update his/her Team lead/Manager about his progress.
3. Follow up the clients through WhatsApp, Emails and Calls as is needed.
4. Counseling our Clients looking for PR Visa for Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other countries.
5. Complete A to Z closing the sales.
6. Maintaining good relationships with existing and new clients.
- Each sale will be awarded with good incentives and thus the more sales the employee does, the more incentives they take home.
