Telesales Role - Subscription Services (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to promote and sell products
- Upsell, cross-sell, and renew existing customer subscriptions or services
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing product information and resolving queries
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales on the CRM
Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum 6 months experience in TeleSales, upselling, or renewals
- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi communication
Qualification :
- HSC Passed
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
Compensation :
Salary : 15,000 - 18,000 In Hand (based on experience and performance)
- Rotational week off between Monday to Friday
