The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Sales Operations/Sales Support or Telesales role
- You have a working knowledge of Field Sales, telesales, and communication
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You must own a 2-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving licence.
Qualification : Graduation, UG will only be considered if the candidate has the relevant sales experience and excellent communication skills.
Language Proficiency : English, Gujarati, Malayalam, Cochin, Kannada. English must be excellent. (Bangalore) to effectively liaise with the Stakeholders of the region.
Work Experience : Minimum 1 year of pure Sales experience.
- Must be a presentable personality with all the above eligibility criteria mentioned above.
