Telesales Role - Real Estate (1-2 yrs)
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Location: Mumbai
Job Summary:
- Good communication Skills. Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Understand Customer needs and requirements and help resolve queries raised.
- Understand the Product and troubleshoot accordingly to solve queries over Call, Email & Chat.
- Must have used CRM.
- There are 2 shifts in the process i.e. 7am to 4 pm & 1pm to 10 pm. (Must be ok with the shift) n(Inbound Process)
- Experience in handling calls/Emails/Chats. (Min 6 Months)
- Real Estate Process experience will be an advantage.
