Telesales Role - Real Estate (0-6 yrs)
- Excellent telesales & marketing skills
- Undertake outbound / fresh calls to potential customers to educate them on services and products offered by the company for real estate projects
- Make prospective customer understand the project and generate his / her interest in the property
- Upon generation of interest, pass the lead to the Sales Manager
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend meetings to learn about new products and services or changes in current ones
- Should know to work on Microsoft Excel and some basics about working on computers
- Professional and straight forward in approach
