Telesales Role - Outbound Voice Process - Corporate Firm (1-3 yrs)
Opening for Outbound Voice process in SALES.
Qualification : HSC / Graduate
- Should have good communication skill
- Minimum 6 months experience required in Telesales/Outbound Sales/Cross Sales/Sales
Process in BPO.
Job Description :
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers' questions on the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.
Shift Time : 10 AM - 7 PM
Weekend Off
Salary : 17K Gross CTC + Travelling allowance+Daily/Weekly/Monthly Incentives (Other Financial Benefits : PF, ESIC & Gratuity)
