Telesales Role - IT (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to existing and potential students to present our product and service offering
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Address any questions or issues Students may have
- Communicate with Students to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on students- needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Keep an updated student excel
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Taking relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter into a database
- Prepare and present achievements
- Engage students in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner promptly and politely responds to student inquires and students requests for support.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience as a Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role
- Proven record of met quota
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Graduate in any discipline
