Telesales Role - IT (1-3 yrs)

- Our client is a leading provider of information technology, consulting, lead generation, web hosting, web designing, and business process outsourcing services. With great expertise, they combine a unique onsite/offshore delivery model infused by a distinct culture of customer satisfaction.

The Job :

You will be responsible for :

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive or Telesales role, ideally within the IT Services, Other Services and Staffing/Executive Search industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You have working knowledge of Excellent English Skills, International Voice Telesales, International Calling, Outbound/Cold Calling, Convincing Skills, Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation and Must have Tech setup for WFH

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
