Telesales Role - IT (0-2 yrs)
In this job you will be responsible for contacting customers to provide them with sales and technical information, and assuring they have the product installed and operating properly. Using interview techniques you will identify their actual requirements and match them to the production capability that meets their needs.
Duties :
- Follow up leads by phone and email.
- Establish contact web development and testing professionals.
- Explain product advantages and capabilities.
- Resolve immediate customer problems, needs.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Explain the basics of product technology and operation.
- Maintain contact and follow up on technical issues.
- Identify customer needs and pinpoint critical customer requirements.
- Prepare price quotes and other sales related material.
- Interact with support and development to set priorities.
Requirements :
- Ability to understand advanced website structure and QA technology issues.
- Experience in software or high-tech telesales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good concentration and tactful listening skills.
- Familiarity with Windows office support software.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Goal oriented and multi-task capability.
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility.
- Self-driven with minimum supervision required.
- Willingness to maintain a high degree of professionalism with customers.
- BS/BA degree in computers or information science, in business or marketing, or in an appropriately related field of study.
Compensation : The compensation for this position is a combination of base salary and commission on completed sales, depending on experience and qualifications.
