Job Description :
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Making outbound phone calls ( 80-100 calls daily) on leads provided
- Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
- Adhering to processes and quality standards
- Good command over language (English / Hindi / Marathi/ Tamil/ Kannada)
- Experience telesales and targets
- Candidates from Insurance experience are an added advantage.
- Day shift window 9:30am - 7:30am
- Training + Incentives provided.
- Age below 30.
Qualification : HSC passed
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
