Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outbound Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record in outbound tele sales and thrive in a BPO environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell our products/services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in outbound tele sales.
- Prior experience in a BPO environment is mandatory.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Preferred candidates from Paisa Bazaar, Policy Bazaar, Car Dekho, Cars24, and Globiva.
