Telesales Role - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
Insurance Sales Process
Working Days - 6 Days Working
Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our insurance products using scripts
- Answer questions about products, services, and the company
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately
- Handle customer grievances to maintain the company's reputation
Qualifications:
- Investment plan (Insurance) sales experience mandatory
- Must be a Graduate
Skills:
- Very Good English verbal communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
