Position Overview :-
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Representatives to contribute to our sales growth. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and persuasively promoting our products/services over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Introduce and explain our products/services to potential customers.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services based on their requirements.
4. Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and promotions.
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
6. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
7. Keep detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
9. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and development programs.
10. Handle customer objections and concerns in a courteous and effective manner.
11. Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements :-
1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Good organizational and time management skills.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is preferred.
