Responsibilities :

1. Generate sales leads and convert them into customers

2. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote industrial products

3. Build relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer loyalty

4. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities

5. Present product information, features, and benefits to clients

6. Handle customer objections and concerns

7. Negotiate prices and close sales deals

8. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge

Requirements :


1. 1-2 years of experience in tele sales or sales

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

3. Ability to work independently in a home office environment

4. Strong technical skills (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office)

5. Familiarity with industrial products (desired)

6. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred, Master Degree would be much greateful.

7. Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
