Telesales Role - HR/Staffing Firm (2-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for generating leads & converting them into enrolment.
- Responsible for maintaining database & cold calling/outbound calls.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Responsible for generating leads through Cold Calling, Internet Research and various Sources.
- Ensure the daily targets of calling the prospects are met - 50 fresh connected calls per day & deliver set target of sales per month.
- Collect/purchase databases, maintain and expand database of prospects
- Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls etc.
- Research, identify key students and generate interest in our online courses & services.
- Contact potential students via phone to establish rapport convert leads into enrolment.
- Network and strive to convert connections into customers.
- Take prospects from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone. Present solutions virtually.
- Daily follow up to all the prospects/leads and also closing the leads.

- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills/convincing power
- Strong verbal selling skills
- Highly organized and fast data entry
Language skills : Hindi and English
- Own Laptop with WIFI as currently Work from Home(only local candidate required)
- 6 Days (including Sunday) working. Monday to Saturday any 1 Day weekly off
Rotational Shift. (8 AM To 5 PM) & (11 AM To 8 PM)
Work Experience Required :
Must be from the HR/Staffing industry with 2 years of Experience in B2C Tele sales/Telecalling/ Data calling/ Tele counselling
